The client suffers from dementia. She hears, sees and speaks well. She visits the toilet independently and is mobile without aids. She needs help with personal hygiene and bathing. She does not have to get up at night. The client lives with her husband who suffers from asthma, arthrosis, COPD, visits the toilet with help, has a toilet chair. He is mobile with a rollator, he needs support when moving. He needs assistance with bathing and personal hygiene. He does not have to get up at night. The clients need an active driver caregiver who does not smoke.
